Shipping and returns


The delivery service is carried out by external carriers. The parcel must be received and the delivery slip must be signed. The delivery address may be different from the billing address. There can be no delivery to a postal box address. Your payment transaction must have been concluded and accepted before proceeds with the delivery of your order.

The delivery of your order will be subject to the carrier’s rules. If you are not present during delivery, a delivery notice will be left for you and you can pick up your order at the designated pick-up point. It will be your responsibility to collect your order according to the carrier’s rules. Subsequently, the order will be returned to our orders.

Your package will be delivered to the address you will indicate when you order.

Delivery costs are not counted per item, but by order (several items being a single order). The delivery of your order will be made as soon as possible after the acceptance of your order. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability.

You still haven’t received anything?

Check to see if you have received a notification with a tracking number for your package by email. With this number, you can check the status of the delivery on the carrier’s website. You can also email or call the store directly at 819-565-2112.

Return policy

Upon receipt of returned products, any money debited from your credit card for these products will be credited. Please note that products cannot be returned if they have been removed from their original packaging. Proceeds will be refunded once they are returned to Madame Pickwick.

You will have to pay the delivery costs and risks for the returned products in the following case: Return an item for reasons other than the examples above: you must pay the delivery costs and risks for the returned products. We do not accept the return of products when they have been removed from their original packaging.

No refunds or exchanges for the following in-store or online products: books, magazines, markers, pens, aerosols, liquidation products and gift cards.
